Meet Sam Ndely
My name is Sam Ndely and I am a junior at the University
of Minnesota-Twin Cities. My major is Advertising and I am thinking about either
minoring in Management or Leadership. I
am the Back-To-School Chair and WebMASTER for the Black Student Union, as well
as a member of MBK (My Brothers Keeper). I was born and raised in a strong African household
in Brooklyn Park, MN. Both of my parents are from Cameroon, West Africa.
One thing that I have learned about myself is that
I am not strong in math (lol) but still continue to attempt to improve in the
subject. I also learned that I really enjoy meeting and learning about new people.
I also love helping people as well. Over the summer I worked in the Office of
Admissions and had a great experience!! I had the opportunity to speak with A
LOT of the students from the class of 2013 and help them out with any questions
or concerns that they had. Some advice for the freshman class would be
to A.S.K (Actively Seek Knowledge). Good Luck!!
